Let's just say that the last few weeks are not some that I would like to relive anytime soon. A few bright spots included celebrating our anniversary and Mike's birthday but neither of those were done right because of the "other" stuff that has been going on.

In the last few years though I have found an outlet that allows me to be creative and help others make memories. Mike and I decided when we moved here that we needed to find something we enjoyed doing together. We ended up buying a camera and several lenses. Since that time we have had the priviledge to take some good friends out to capture special moments in their lives. With each photo shoot I learn something new and can't wait to go out again. Here are a few glimpses of what we have done recently.

You are sooooooooo talented!!! I hope you know it and claim it. Shoot my kids too!! Take some pics while you're at it!

I need some really good "heavily" photoshopped pics of me. About 70 pounds lighter for inspiration. You game?

Dear Sara,
Hi. I love the pix of your children.
I noticed that the background of the picture of you and your man looked familiar. Is it in Lexington? We used to live there when our older three children were little and after my husband graduated from Georgetown college.
I apologize if it isn't Lex, but it so reminded me of when we would go downtown by what the children called, "the echo mall" and then we'd let them splash in the fountain when it was so hot outside!
God bless you, sister.
