Getting Healthy

After running the half marathon I thought I would have lost some weight but that didn't happen. I think part of the delusion is when you run that much you are hungry and it doesn't seem to be a big deal when you have that dessert or grab a burger with a friend. So I haven't gained alot but I have lost alot either. After losing quite a bit a weight back during my senior year of college it has gradually snuck back. So I want to start thinking again about my portion sizes, etc. Sandy talked yesterday about this blog that was creating a challenge and I decided to jump on the bandwagon.
